Before you make any huge diet plans, there’s a mindset change that needs to happen (just like with most things).

Food is not just one minor aspect of life. It is directly sustaining everything you do, every way you feel, how you look, and ultimately the quality and longevity of your life.

This doesn’t mean you have to spend your entire life thinking about it. Once you settle into habits, it all becomes automatic. But to make the necessary change before that, you need to start treating food with some respect.

Again, like most things: constraints feel restrictive before they feel freeing. Within basically any diet, you can make things that are delicious, and filling, and easy, etc. That’s not the thing to focus on - it will come with skill and knowledge over time. The thing to focus on is what you’re putting into your body.
