After a long thinking session, I shouldn’t try to do some huge work spree. That’s unsustainable.

I’m just going to be present and aware, as I’ve told myself. And we’ll see what happens.

Maybe I’ll tidy up. Maybe I’ll get ready for bed. Maybe I’ll do some of the Azure course. Maybe I’ll have a snack - but, if I’m aware enough, I may realise that I’m actually quite thirsty, and my want for a snack may actually be a cover-up.

When you have a big realisation, you don’t have to act on it immediately. Rest. Plan how to start it effectively later.

Words don’t make a difference, and neither do sporadic attempts. Don’t do anything crazy today, just architect the infrastructure and mindset you need to make it sustainable and consistent.
