I think what I want is clarity, and confidence in what I’m doing.

Things often get so messy. I have lots of options, I feel like I’m doing things wrong or approaching them in a bad way, and I feel like I’m missing something. I get so bogged down in this, and everything falls apart, all my good habits and decisions and feelings. I get lost, tired and worried.

But all it takes is some clarity and confidence for something to become so much more simple. The diet proposed by BabyStickley. Suddenly, certain foods are right and some are wrong. I can optimise within the correct options however I like, but at least now I’m incredibly confident in those choices and I can feel good making them. The shop crawl. Not one doubt, worry or sad thought in my soul, since I was clear on the goal and confident in my rules.

I really do just need confidence and clarity in what I’m doing, and it’s suddenly so much easier to make choices and stay motivated. I feel like there’s an actual reason, and that I can actually feel good in my approach, and that I’m making progress towards something meaningful.

It’s all about doing what feels right. If it’s very clear and obvious what feels right, then that’s perfect.
