We do need to change our thinking about the JSM a little. Take some of that knowledge, like Deep Interest for example. I have the knowledge there, but it isn’t applied. And I feel like it’s the same with so many things. We need to know and apply them. That is surely the value of grouping them with processes, tools, trackers and resources. The process is what actually gets moved into a to-do list and executed, but everything else helps.
